The Digital Government Authority has announced the launch of the first phase of the (Digital Consultation Program ),as part of its efforts to accelerate the pace of digital government transformation, in accordance with the national goals of the digital government,by contributing to planning, implementation and innovation, to enable the government sector to expand digital initiatives,Digital Consultation Program supports government agencies by providing a package of digital consultations regarding the digital capabilities necessary to operate and expand the scope of digital services, and provide recommendations on government digital transformation initiatives. Improving the provision of seamless and integrated digital government services, in addition to enriching the government experience through a wide range of digital consultations, methodologies, practices and applications.the Digital Consultation Program includes several advisory services, including; Digital transformation strategy evaluation service, government platforms evaluation service, operating model evaluation service, standard study submission service, identification and definition of challenges service, idea generation and management service, proof-of-concept design service, and business modeling and consulting service.

The authority is scheduled to launch a package of advisory services during the coming period, with theaim of improving the performance of government agencies in digital transformation, and enabling them to provide distinguished digital services in accordance with international best practices.
