According to the statement, this action is a continuation of the Kingdom's strategy to make it easier and more stress-free for Muslims from all over the world to arrive and conduct the Umrah rituals.
As part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the ministry is also working to streamline the process for pilgrims and broaden the group of people who can benefit from the Hajj and Umrah system.
According to the ministry, the Nusuk Umrah platform was only introduced for individuals who want to undertake Umrah directly. Through this website, pilgrims can quickly access the platform, select the right package, and online obtain their Umrah permit. Beneficiaries can schedule appointments and make service reservations with total freedom thanks to this integrated digital experience.
