The fifth edition of the Real Estate Future Forum 2026 will opened in Riyadh under the patronage of Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority.
Held under the theme “Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving,” the forum is attracting strong local and international interest, with decision-makers, experts and investors from more than 140 countries, and around 300 speakers from government, executive leadership, and the public and private sectors.
More than 40 dialogue sessions and several closed meetings will explore the future of urban planning and residential communities, sustainability, and the role of real estate technologies in city development and green building, with participation from leading economists and industry specialists.
The forum coincides with the implementation of the updated Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis, which opens regulated channels for foreign investment and enhances the appeal of the Saudi real estate market.
A specialised real estate exhibition will run alongside the event, showcasing the latest technologies, AI applications, sustainable materials, innovative development models, and financing solutions, while also serving as a platform for signing agreements and memoranda of understanding.
