King Abdulaziz International Airport ranked third globally among airports handling 50–60 million passengers in the Skytrax 2026 rankings. It also placed fifth among the world’s most improved airports and rose to 27th in the top 100 list, climbing 17 positions from last year.
Announced at the Passenger Terminal Expo in London, the achievement reflects ongoing efforts by Jeddah Airports Company to enhance service quality, efficiency, and passenger experience. The progress further strengthens the airport’s role as a key gateway for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
