Global Harmony is celebrating Levant Week with a vibrant lineup of cultural performances, traditional crafts, and regional cuisine. The festivities began on Tuesday with a lively opening that featured circus acts, DJ performances, and special appearances by Lebanese artists Wael Saab and Guy Manoukian. Egypt Week is also ongoing until Friday.
The evening included a colourful parade of dance and drumming troupes in traditional dress, who guided families and children around the park. Meanwhile, the bazaar—known as the “happiness culture” center—welcomed long-time artisans offering a blend of classic and contemporary handicrafts.
Visitors to Suwaidi Park this week can enjoy an array of dishes from the Levant and wider Arab world. Levant Week continues until November 25, after which Yemen Week will take place.
Global Harmony at Suwaidi Park will go on to spotlight countries including Pakistan, Indonesia, Uganda, and others until December 27.
