The "Game by CODE" initiative was started by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology via the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship. The program's objectives are to encourage digital entrepreneurship in the Kingdom and assist college students, young entrepreneurs, and game creators in breaking into the field.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, the program would allow participants to create games in groups in collaboration with the National Technology Development Program. It offers a comprehensive incubator with professionals, technical direction, hands-on training, and resources to transform concepts into successful, expandable projects.
An event where participants showcase their initiatives to a select group of investors and gaming industry experts will mark the program's conclusion.
The National Technology Development Program will award a seat in the MVPLab product to the top team from each city. The three-month program, which covers game art, programming, design, and entrepreneurship, is offered in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Hofuf. This program is a part of the ministry's endeavors to foster young talent and improve the Kingdom's digital entrepreneurship environment.
Students can register by going to the website of the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship.
