The Nusuk Umrah service, which allows foreign pilgrims to apply for an Umrah visa directly and make reservations online without the need for middlemen, was introduced by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah on Wednesday.
The portal, accessible at https://umrah.nusuk.sa/, seeks to enhance the pilgrim experience and raise the caliber of services. A new option that supplements current channels like qualified agents is Nusuk Umrah. By selecting from pre-made packages or scheduling separate services like travel, lodging, tours, and visas, the service enables consumers to personalize their vacation.
The platform offers a smooth digital experience with a user-friendly interface that supports seven languages, links with government systems, and provides a range of payment choices.
In order to meet the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the ministry is launching the service in an effort to accommodate more pilgrims and offer first-rate, cozy services that improve the Hajj experience.
