The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has confirmed that the Hajj visa is the only approved visa for pilgrims traveling from outside the Kingdom to perform Hajj.
The ministry clarified that individuals holding visit, transit, Umrah, or tourist visas are not permitted to undertake the pilgrimage. For those within Saudi Arabia, including citizens and residents, Hajj permits are issued through the Nusuk app after completing the official booking process.
It also stressed that all reservations must be made through authorized channels, warning pilgrims against using unofficial platforms for Hajj bookings.
