Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released a number of crucial warnings and instructions for travelers, particularly with regard to the Day of Arafah, one of the most important Hajj ceremonies.
To ensure their safety and avoid the negative effects of intense heat and direct sun exposure, the ministry asked pilgrims to stay within the camps on the Arafat plain from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, it cautioned pilgrims against visiting Jabal al-Rahmah and Masjid Namirah during these times in order to protect their health from any potential harm brought on by the severe weather.
The ministry stressed the need of strictly adhering to the authorized crowd control schedules and issued a warning against doing so at any point throughout the journey between the sacred locations. It is forbidden to walk during limited periods, and pilgrims are advised to take official transportation that has been set up to guarantee everyone's safety.
The ministry emphasized the need of always carrying the "Nusk" identification card within the holy sites and presenting it upon request as part of the structured Hajj system. This card is essential for locating pilgrims and offering prompt assistance when required.
In order to ensure safety and enable the conduct of rites in a safe and comforting setting, the ministry has instructed businesses who offer pilgrim services to make sure their customers follow all requirements.
