Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the “Umrah and Visit Guide” in 16 international languages to help pilgrims access essential information in their native languages and perform their rituals with ease.
The interactive guide covers every stage of the journey — from travel preparations, visas and permits to performing Umrah, navigating the Two Holy Mosques and completing departure procedures. Arranged chronologically, it includes maps, instructional videos and guidance on Ihram, Tawaf and Sa’i, along with etiquette and key services at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
The ministry said the guide supports efforts to enhance pilgrims’ experiences and improve service quality, and it is available online at www.haj.gov.sa/Guides.
