The Ministry of Interior is presenting its advanced “wing drone” at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition hosted by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in Jeddah. The drone, which was used during the last Hajj season along routes to Makkah and Madinah, played a key role in detecting violations of Hajj regulations and strengthening security surveillance.
At the ministry’s pavilion, visitors can explore the drone’s state-of-the-art features, including thermal and night-vision cameras powered by artificial intelligence. Designed to perform efficiently in various weather conditions, the system delivers real-time field images to operations and monitoring centers, supporting rapid and effective decision-making.
