An online service has been launched by the General Department of Traffic for the issuance of short front number plates for sports vehicles with specific technical manufacturing specifications.
The Ministry of Interior's initiative to enhance traffic services to meet the specifications and standards required for modern vehicles led to the introduction of this service.
The Traffic Department announced that the service is available via the Ministry of Interior's Absher platform. On Absher, beneficiaries can choose "My Services," then "Vehicle Services," followed by "Vehicle Management," select the vehicle, and finally replace the number plates. After the service fees have been paid, all necessary procedures can be finalized.
The department stated that this service can be accessed online, eliminating the need for a personal visit to the Traffic Department's headquarters or offices.
