Red Sea Global to open luxury AMAALA Triple Bay destination soon

Saudi developer Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced that its ultra-luxury destination, AMAALA Triple Bay, will open in the coming months. The company has invested SR51.04 billion ($13.6 billion) in the first phase, which will feature six luxury resorts, a world-class yacht club, and a marine life institute.

Once fully completed, AMAALA Triple Bay will include nine resorts offering more than 1,600 rooms and residences, both branded and unbranded. The announcement was made during the inaugural TOURISE Summit in Riyadh and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to attract 150 million visitors annually, with one-third expected from abroad.

The first phase will showcase prestigious properties such as Equinox Resort and Residences, Four Seasons Resort and Residences, Nammos Resort, Rosewood Resort, Six Senses AMAALA, and AMAALA Hotel. Later additions will include Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Jayasom Wellness Resort, and The Ritz-Carlton Resort.

Located across three natural bays where the Hijaz Mountains meet the Red Sea, AMAALA is designed to position Saudi Arabia as a premier destination for luxury and regenerative tourism. To safeguard its pristine ecosystem, the destination will limit annual visitors to 500,000 and run entirely on 100% renewable energy, reducing 350,000 tons of carbon emissions each year.

RSG is also leading the development of The Red Sea and AMAALA, two landmark projects spanning thousands of square kilometers of islands, coral reefs, and volcanic landscapes, setting new global standards for sustainable luxury travel.
