Friday saw the grand start of Riyadh's biggest-ever entertainment season, which was marked by a stunning international parade. Colorful floats, live acts, and enormous balloons turned the capital into a lively celebration of music, art, and happiness, drawing thousands of locals and tourists to the streets.
Massive inflatables of well-known international superstars made their first appearance in Saudi Arabia, as well as dramatic street performances that combined music, color, and movement, were all part of the parade, which took place between Kingdom Arena and Boulevard World.
The famous American entertainment firm Macy's, which hosted the event outside of the US for the first time, brought the famous Macy's Parade-style balloons to Riyadh, and the parade began with marching performers, beautiful floats, and enormous balloons flying over the streets.
Set to a global musical composition, the exciting opening spectacle included synchronized dancing waves, bubble displays, theatrical costumes, and fireworks during the day.
Riyadh Season 2025, which begins with this opening, promises a varied roster of attractions over 11 entertainment zones, including 34 exhibitions and festivals and 15 world championships.
