Saudi Arabia will localize 12 jobs in private sports centers and gyms starting November 18, 2026. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, in partnership with the Ministry of Sports, will enforce a 15% Saudization rate for facilities with four or more employees.
Roles such as sports coach, personal trainer, and sports supervisor are included. The MHRSD will offer support for hiring, training, and retaining Saudi talent, alongside HADAF programs.
