The third Saudi Film Confex will be held in Riyadh from October 22–25, organized by the Saudi Ministry of Culture's Film Commission under the theme “A Gathering That Transforms the Scene.” The event will bring together international directors, producers, and industry experts to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s growing film sector.
Building on previous editions, the Confex aims to boost investment, foster partnerships, and align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 National Culture Strategy. It will serve as a networking hub for filmmakers, investors, production companies, service providers, and government bodies, while also highlighting opportunities in filming, production, and distribution.
The program includes over 30 panel discussions and seminars covering content creation, film financing, and regulations, alongside workshops and side events introducing young talent to careers in the industry.
More than 130 global and regional exhibitors will participate, including production houses, distributors, streaming platforms, equipment suppliers, financial institutions, and educational bodies. Local and international businesses can register to showcase projects, share innovations across the film value chain, and build strategic alliances, further strengthening Saudi Arabia’s film infrastructure and global presence.
