Saudi ministry is working on a program to Saudize 75 percent of jobs in the energy sector

According to Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, the Saudi Energy Minister, the government is developing a plan to Saudize seventy-five percent of employment in the energy industry. 

During his address at the Human Capacity Initiative, Prince Abdulaziz stated that the Saudi energy industry has more potential than other industries to reach a high level of Saudization. The minister stated that efforts to improve human resources are still underway with other organisations. 

According to Prince Abdulaziz, they cannot succeed without investing in the development of human capital and resources.
