In appreciation of Prince Khalid Al-Faisal's services to cultural and social advancement, Saudi Post and the Emirate of Makkah Province have released a commemorative postage stamp in his honor. Al-Faisal is the governor of Makkah and advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The stamp is one of several commemorative issues that honor notable citizens of the country.
Prince Khalid thanked King Salman for authorizing the unique stamp's issuance, pointing out that the honor is a reflection of the King's encouragement and direction since the start of his career in public service.
