From January 1, a Short National Address will be mandatory for all shipments to or within Saudi Arabia. With the new requirement coming into effect, AJEX remains focused on providing efficient and dependable service.
To comply with the regulation and prevent shipment delays, returns, or penalties, customers are advised to include the Short National Address with every shipment and order. The National Address can be obtained through the Saudi Post (SPL) app or website, the Tawakkalna app, or mapping platforms such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, TomTom, and HERE Maps.
