The Saudi Traffic Directorate has clarified that disposing of items from a moving vehicle constitutes a traffic offence. Offenders may face fines ranging from 300 to 500 riyals. The authority has also stressed that incorrect parking which obstructs other vehicles infringes on motorists’ rights and causes unnecessary inconvenience.
