Visitors on visitor visa will be fined 20,000 riyals if they attempt to perform Hajj

The Ministry of Home Affairs has reiterated that people on various visitor visas other than Hajj visas are not eligible to perform Hajj. The ministry stated that those arriving on a visitor visa will be fined 20,000 riyals if they attempt to perform Hajj.
