The High Supervisory Committee for the “History of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques” project has outlined plans to create a permanent museum dedicated to the history of Hajj and the Two Holy Mosques.
The meeting was led by Prince Faisal bin Salman, special advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and chairman of the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah).
The project seeks to serve as a comprehensive knowledge hub, documenting the history of the Two Holy Mosques, the evolution of Hajj and Umrah rituals, and the significant developments in their service over time.
The initiative is under the patronage of King Salman and continues to receive strong support from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
